BMB is a conglomerate food company with chocolate, Mediterranean sweets, healthy snacks, and healthy food brands with two state of the art food production facilities based in Dubai. What was once a modest startup back in 2007, the company has grown exponentially and operates numerous offices across the globe. The mission is to enable food brands to think innovatively, manufacture efficiently & grow globally.
POLICY STATEMENT
All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
Some of the advertisements you see on the Site are selected and delivered by third parties, such as ad networks, advertising agencies, advertisers, and audience segment providers. These third parties may collect information about you and your online activities, either on the Site or on other websites, through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies in an effort to understand your interests and deliver to you advertisements that are tailored to your interests. REFUND /EXCHANGE /CANCELLATION POLICY
What do I do if my product is defective/damaged?
All our products are passed through a rigorous quality assurance process, which enables us to maintain the highest standards at all times. In case you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service at cs@bmb-group.com with a little description of the issue and we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. It would be very helpful if you can add a picture to the product and the production expiry date.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
What do I do if I receive the wrong products?
We’re very sorry that you received the wrong order. Could you please send an e-mail to our customer service at cs@bmb-group.com with the actual order you requested and what you received.If possible a copy of the order receipt would be helpful. We’ll get right on it and send you the correct order within 24 hours.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
What do I do if I rejected my delivery?
If You rejected your order due to defective/damaged or wrong items, we’ll be more than happy to replace the order at no extra cost once the customer service reviews your e-mail. (Please refer to What do I do if my product is defective/damaged? & What do I do if I receive the wrong products?)
What do I do if I want to reschedule my delivery time?
We are working around the clock to ensure your delivery arrives in the time you want. For any rescheduling, orders rescheduled within 1 hour after placing the order will be free of any additional cost. However, for orders rescheduled after 1 hour of placing the order, a rescheduling fee of AED30 will be applied to your order.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
This terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this terms and conditions shall be resolved by the courts of the United Arab Emirates.We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place on the Site, including for pricing errors, as set forth in our Pricing Policy. We reserve the right to limit quantities on orders placed by the same Account, on orders placed by the same method of payment, and on orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to, in our sole discretion, prohibit purchases of any products to resellers, dealers, and distributors.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your transaction including, without limitation, information about your method of payment (such as your payment card number and expiration date), your billing address, and your shipping information. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY PAYMENT CARDS OR OTHER PAYMENT METHODS UTILIZED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TRANSACTION. By submitting such information, you grant to us the right to provide such information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the transactions initiated by you or on your behalf.
You agree to pay all charges that may be incurred by you or on your behalf through the Website, at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred including, without limitation, all shipping and handling charges, and you authorize us to charge all sums for the orders that you make to the payment method specified at the time. In addition, you remain responsible for any taxes that may be applicable to your transactions. You authorize us to charge all applicable amounts for the orders that you make to the payment method specified at the time of purchase.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currencies).
When you place an Order with us, then subject to your rights to cancel or return the items, you commit to buy the items described in that Order, at the price indicated including any delivery fees, taxes and duties where applicable.
Orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may withhold in our sole discretion including for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability. Items in your Website cart are not reserved until your Order is paid for.
Payment for Goods and related delivery charges must always be made in advance and you will be prompted to pay during the order process.
We currently accept the following tender types for Orders placed on our Website: VISA and MASTERCARD. By entering payment details onto our Website, you warrant that you are duly authorized to pay using those details. We reserve the right to decline orders without liability to you where we believe payments are not authorized, the payment method is not valid or where we do not think you are authorized to use to utilize the relevant tender type.
Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due in whole or in part to any acts of nature or other causes beyond our reasonable control. The failure by us to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not prevent us from enforcing such right or provision in the future.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign the Terms and our rights and obligations under these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or equity, or by operation of law. You agree that communications and transactions between us may be conducted electronically.
